We hold a variety of special events each year. These events are important, as they involve direct contributions from individuals in the community, as well as in-kind donations of products and services from many groups and businesses in our community. We welcome the opportunity to talk with individuals, businesses, organizations and foundations about other avenues of financial support.

The money raised through our annual events helps us manage and maintain all of the mentoring relationships currently initiated through our program and recruit, screen and match mentors to the children on our waiting list. Please join us at the event(s) of your choice and help make an impact for a child in Southwestern Illinois.

BIG IMPACT GALA

Get ready for the most magical night of the year! Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southwestern Illinois is excited to invite you to our 9th Annual Big Impact Gala on Saturday, November 9th at The Regency in O'Fallon, IL.

This year’s theme, The Magic of Mentorship, is going to be a showstopper! We’re kicking off the evening with live music, passed appetizers, and a hosted bar featuring beer, wine, soda and juice (yes, you read that right!). And to make it truly magical, Big Brother Josh—who also happens to be a magician—will be dazzling the crowd with jaw-dropping magic tricks.

The fun doesn’t stop there! We’ve got games, raffles, and an incredible silent auction lined up. And of course, we’ll be honoring the incredible Bigs and Littles who embody our mission and the dedicated community of supporters like you who make it all possible. 

Beyond the glitz and glamour, your presence makes an impact. Your support will help us reach new heights to support the kids in the Metro East who need us most. Every bid, donation, and smile brings us closer to matching these children with life-changing mentors.
