In the event that Big Brothers Big Sisters does not receive a minimum of 3,600 paid certificates on or before September 24, 2008,
Big Brothers Big Sisters reserves the right to substitute the first prize as follows: After awarding the second through forty-fifth
prizes, the remaining proceeds less expenses will be split 50/50 between Big Brothers Big Sisters and the first prize winner.

accounting firm of Rice, Sullivan & Company, Ltd.

Group Entries
Any number of individuals can join in the purchase of a certificate. Participants in a group
entry must identify a single person as the individual to whom a prize would be awarded by Big
Brothers Big Sisters and that person's name must be listed as the entrant on the front of this
certificate. It is the sole responsibility of the participants in the group entry to allocate the prize.
Eligibility and Other
Information
Purchasers must be 18 years of age or older. No substitutes for prizes as listed. Winners assume all fees, local,
state and federal taxes, financing costs including but not limited to closing costs and state and federal taxes from
the prizes. No warranties expressed or implied are made or offered by Big Brothers Big Sisters. First-place winner
must make a selection in writing between the house or cash before 12:00 noon on October 9, 2008. In the event
the house is selected, an agreement of sale between the winner and Vantage Homes must be executed by 5:00 PM
on October 31, 2008.
Board members and employees of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southwestern Illinois and their
immediate families are ineligible. Employees and immediate family of Vantage Homes and Rice,
Sullivan & Company, Ltd. are ineligible. "Immediate family" is defined as "any family member
residing with those named as ineligible to participate."
